Mariliis is a sustainability advisor at Sustinere – an expert who helps companies develop a systematic approach to managing environmental and social impacts and risks.
She has supported many listed and large companies and SMEs in setting sustainability goals, creating action plans, determining metrics and ensuring transparency through reporting.
In this context, she has led numerous management discussions, conducted trainings for specialists and senior managers in the field.

Indre manages Sustinere’s operations in Lithuania, where she leads client projects from strategy development to reporting.
She is a partner for several ambitious companies in the energy, manufacturing, real estate and retail sectors. Her strength is in helping companies position sustainability as a strategic choice and a factor in increasing competitiveness.

Previous work experience: for 4 years she worked as a Senior Sustainability Manager, developing sustainable business strategy and business model at Trafi on three levels - organisational governance, product development, and cross-industry awareness.
