ESG Expert
We’re on the lookout for a ESG Expert to join Sustinere team in Lithuania.
As a leading sustainability advisory firm in the Baltics, we help large and medium-sized companies and public organizations reach sustainability targets, set long-term strategies, and meet ESG requirements.
Today our team of 25 ESG strategists, Environmental, Social and Governmental topic experts and data analysts across the Baltics makes us the largest sustainability-dedicated advisory agency in the region.



With the current market dynamics, we seek for a skilled ESG and reporting strategist, who will be helping our clients to navigate the changing regulatory field, tackle CSRD requirements and reporting, identify the most suitable ESG roadmaps and implement the process into their strategy. Knowledge in Environmental impact would be a great advantage.

Responsibilities
- Advice our clients on the newest ESG regulations, focusing on CSRD, CSDDD, Taxonomy among others.
- Assess overall maturity of ESG performance.
- Run double materiality assessments, identify priority ESG areas and roadmaps.
- Create and support clients in implementing sustainability strategies.
- Improve ESG reporting systems and prepare information for ESG reports.
- Lead workshops and educational sessions on ESG and sustainability topics.
- Collaborate with our experts in creating and adapting our methodologies, processes and training programs.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest ESG and regulatory developments globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in ESG and regulatory matters.
- Strong knowledge of ESG regulations, frameworks, and standards (CSRD, ESRS, vSME, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, SASB etc).
- Experience in consulting the big and medium-sized companies and/or public organizations.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent level of Lithuanian and English languages.
- Experience in leading workshops and client meetings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- University education in a relevant field (like sustainability, environmental science, env. Law etc).
- Willingness to travel within the Baltics.
