Why this Masterclass works

This Masterclass is truly leadership course for people who want to improve their leadership skills in any function or as general manager. It is also directed and dedicated to people who work in the human resourses departments of companies or in human capital management as consultants to companies. The Masterclass course is designed for anyone who wants to lead people and help employees to meet organizational needs and  promote a diverse workforce, equitable opportunities, inclusive environment and sense of belonging for all employees. It is tailored specifically to the Baltic context.

The training is built around real methods, real data, and real challenges and is tailored to the Baltic context. It is hands-on and work-oriented, with no ideological framing or abstract theory. The focus is on doing the work properly and using the results in practice.

Program

The Masterclass introduces the participants to a leadership model of people through the lens of diversity management theory and practice.  There is a large focus on Diversity Management Leadership – moving beyond global theory, but focused on practical application in the Baltics, linked with day-to-day practice and everyday issues. Includes fundamental knowledge, practical exercises and case study that encourage participants to reflect on their own organisation and identify relevant insights. It is possibility to learn from experts and each other by listening and asking questions.

All participants receive digital materials to reflect on personal learning and development.

The goal of the module is to build a shared understanding of what diversity means in practice and why it matters for leadership, teams, and organizationalmperformance.

  • connect diversity goals with practical implementation
  • identify concrete actions that support inclusion in daily work

Measuring impact and making progress

The goal of the module is to develop a practical understanding of how to measureprogress, engage employees, and use data to improve decisions and outcomes.

Participants will learn to:

  • understand what and why to measure
  • use simple tools to measure progress (e.g. pulse surveys, feedback)
  • involve employees in assessment and dialogue
  • use results to improve decisions and future actions
  • link organizational actions to broader goals and indicators
